Join Kirk Jones and Jaime Parmelee for 90 minutes of healing sound, blissful restorative poses, aromatherapy and healing touch. Nicole Burke will also join by offering acupressure.
You'll be bathed in sacred sounds of Tibetan singing bowls while you surrender into relaxing Restorative Yoga postures. Restorative yoga helps to enhance your immune system, recharge your vitality, and strengthen your spirit. Paired with healing singing bowls that will be played on and around you, you'll be guided into a deep meditative state and induced into a higher conscious awareness. We invite you to relax, let go, and release through this healing journey as the combined physical practice of restorative yoga and sound vibrations work on your physical and energetic body to clear, align, and detoxify.
Led by Kirk Jones, and Jaime Parmelee

Nicole Haciba Burke has been working in the healing arts and facilitating ceremonies since 2006. She has trained in Japanese Medicine and Acupressure with Dr. Imetai Henderson, completed an apprenticeship with Sierra Thayer in Native American Shamanic Healing, and has been deeply immersed in the Path of Pollen as taught by Kate Shela, Naomi Lewis and Simon Buxton at the Sacred Trust in the U.K.. While much of Nicole’s work deals directly with healing the physical body, her emphasis is also on a spirit level because she understands that harmony of soul embodied is the gateway of health in balanced connection to all things. After a brief hiatus from her practice, she is excited to start back up offering Shamanic healing and acupressure sessions out of her new farmhouse office opening mid December.
