Join Jaime Parmelee for this Restorative Yoga workshop focused on healing and balancing the 7 Chakras. This chakra restorative class will take you through each of the seven energy centers by combining seven restorative yoga poses with corresponding guided meditations to heal and balance each chakra. Through the healing, restoring and better understanding of the chakras, this workshop will promote physical, emotional and spiritual healing and help you more deeply align with the Universal Life Force available to us all.
