Join Jaime Parmelee and Kirk Jones for this restorative yoga class with a healing Sound Bath at GoldenWell Sanctuary. While the Earth is aligning with the sun and moon we will be aligning within our bodies and minds with the help of asanas, singing bowls, essential oils, and healing touch. This is your opportunity to renew and refresh, relax and receive, while releasing muscle tension, clearing meridians, and aligning with your intentions for this new cycle.

About Jaime:
Jaime Parmelee has been a yoga instructor/therapist since 2000. She is also a Reiki Practitioner, Polarity Therapist and has worked extensively as a healer using aromatherapy and hands on massage.

About Kirk:
Kirk is a master sound healer, spiritual teacher, and ecological engineer.  Kirk travels nationally and internationally leading workshops, healing sessions, and implementing sustainable design.
