We will meet for 3 weekend-long retreats over the course of 9 months. Each meeting will be held as a weekend retreat at Golden Well Sanctuary. There will be monthly homework/practices and weekly-monthly brief email check ins.

Dates are as follows: 

• February 8-10th

• June 7th-9th

• October 11th-13th

Total for the course is $888, this deposit will go towards that total.
