Join us for Saturday morning Yoga w/ Jaime Parmelee or Nicole Burke. This by-donation community-minded class offers a friendly atmosphere for students to explore and deepen their yoga practice. By providing both strong foundational movements, along with Vinyasa flow and optional challenging poses throughout, this class has something for everyone. Through breathing exercises and a series of poses incorporating balance, strength and flexibility, students will be challenged and nurtured on their path to a practice that is both enjoyable and beneficial. In this mixed level course, students are encouraged to find their own pace and listen to their inner wisdom while following the teacher’s verbal and hands-on guidance. Asana options will be provided for beginners, intermediate and advanced students.
COST: Drop in $10 suggested donation.
NOTE: This class is appropriate for all levels of yoga, however, please first be in touch about attending if you're a total beginner, we'll gladly get you up to speed with some basics!
LOCATION (by season):
For most of the year, this class takes place in the River Yurt. However, in the coldest winter months, we'll host this class in the Farm House studio.
Yurt (March-December): Drive down the driveway, past the barns, and down the dirt road until you see the yurt. Park on either side of the road, head in on the grass. Bring boots in case of mud.
FarmHouse (January-March): Park in the area just past the house. Enter via the back door closest to the driveway.
