A full share purchase of $325 will be a weekly portion of our meat that we have available. Weekly shares will include a rotation of one package of the following: whole chicken, 4 lamb chops, 1lb lamb sausage, 2 lamb shanks, 1lb ground beef, 1 steak, or 1 small beef roast. The goal isn't to overwhelm you, but to have a weekly portion of meat that you can easily incorporate with your veggie share. The value of your share purchase will ultimately yield at least 15% more than your purchase value.

A half share purchase of $175 will be an every-other-week portion, similar to the large share but just alternating weeks.

Available for pick at the farm or with your CSA.
