3 bunches of Chard (make a soup, or blanch and freeze), 6 bunches of 2 types of Kale (blanch and freeze or make chips!), 6 Red Onions, 6 Yellow Onions, 6 leeks, 2 Daikon (great roasted or in soup or kimchi!), 12 Turnips, Parsley, 2 bags of Mixed Greens, 1 Bok Choy or Radicchio, 1 lb of Tomatoes and 1 of the following: Beets, Carrots, or Squash.  (may be modified to fit needs)
